So I am sharing it.
I like hamburgers...well, cheeseburgers really, but that's inconsequential for this post's point. As I was saying, I like hamburgers, but as a general rule, on the nights I think "gee, a hamburger sounds good" either the only beef I have is frozen or I'm so tired/sore I don't want to go through the effort of making one. One manic day I had an idea. It's not an entirely new one for me. I've acted on this idea before, but on a smaller scale. When I go visit Justin on days he's grilling (he does an awesome job, by the way), he always has burgers and/or sausages I can't eat because there is cheese in them. And I do like the fancy ones you can buy from the store - the kind with all sorts of seasonings and fun ingredients - but they are always so expensive. So I decided to make my own. I broke out the spices and etc and made my own "fancy" burgers, then froze them to be ready whenever I am. I didn't try adding cheese this time, but definitely will give it a go next round. I also have not had a chance to make any of them yet, but I will try to remember to let you know how they taste when I finally do. :-)
