Physical Therapy

Had to drive out to the boonies this morning for PT. That was fun since I was running late and it's about twice as far as where it used to be (my therapist has been temporarily transferred to another clinic while they try to fill an opening). The drive itself went faster than I expected. Freeway almost the entire way. Got some good vistas of the mountains around here, too. I go once a week (luckily always against instead of with rush hour traffic). It always helps me loosen up my muscles and relax some. I've had good PT's this go around. As long as insurance keeps paying for it, I keep going. It's practically the only thing my insurance wants to let me keep doing. That's one thing that worries me if/when I leave my current job. With the pre-existing condition(s) now, future insurance may be a pain in the butt to get.
